Odin Mead is our first innovative creation that differentiates us from most of the traditional mead on the market, as their alcohol content was over 10%, and dry meads show several similarities to white wines.
When cooking meats in sweet sauces, the cooking wine can be substituted by Odin Mead if the quantity of sugar or honey required for the recipe is reduced. The style of Odin Mead is traditional in spite of its innovative characteristics, as the recipes including only water and honey are referred to as “traditional in style”.
