A unique mead because of its rich red and fruity colour, but made without fruit or artificial colourings. With its 7,5º of alcohol content, it will provide you with an interesting life perspective, showing you the diversity of mead and its ability to liven up the mind, the soul and the palate.
Loki Mead is of sweet metheglin style, with a 7,5% of alcohol content and a carbonation similar to that of beer, but with a rosy froth caused by the rich red colour of the drink. As with Odin Mead, it is bottled without preservatives and in a completely handcrafted way.
To accompany this mead, a combination of slightly intense flavours is needed. It could be a good accompaniment for instance for a cheesecake or a brownie. The perfect occasion for drinking it would be in between meals, with the dessert and, of course, while partying.
The honey used in its production comes from the region of Cuenca and contains a high percentage of lavender and rosemary, as well as other wild flowers. As with Odin Mead, depending on the seasonal flowering, the honey can show certain nuances that will provide it with subtle, almost imperceptible touches because of the dominant flavour in the recipe.
